Privacy policy

Calla & Co. (“we,” “us”) operates calla-co.com. We built this site to collect as little about you as possible, and this page explains — in plain language — what we do collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Reservation details. When you reserve products, we collect your email address, the products and quantities you chose, and — if you share it — your first name.
- Basic technical context. With each reservation we record standard technical information (such as your browser's user-agent string) and, if you arrived via a tagged link, the campaign tags in that link.
- Aggregate site analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-first analytics service that uses no cookies and collects no personal information. We see aggregate counts (visits, pages, referrers) — never a profile of you. That's also why this site has no cookie banner: there's nothing to consent to.
Your in-progress order is stored only in your own browser's local storage until you submit it. We do not use advertising pixels, we do not sell or share your information for advertising, and we collect no payment details — reserving costs $0.
How we use it
We use your reservation to hold your place, to email you about your reservation and our launch, and — in aggregate — to understand which products people want. That's it.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this site for us — cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services), analytics (Plausible), and email delivery — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention & your choices
We keep reservations until they're fulfilled or you ask us to remove yours. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you — write to hello@calla-co.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
